In 2003 I illustrated The Chatsworth Cookery Book which was written by The Duchess of Devonshire and published by Frances Lincoln. It contains various recipes used in the house including recent ones some given by chefs there; Herve Marchand, Darren Wright Phillip Gates and Andre Burkett.
